Recently swapped to Sinclair's after utilizing another larger company in the area and a few bad experiences with service. Delivered oil earlier than we expected, came to check out the furnace and gave peace of mind regarding our previous issue. Thank you!
New to the area and smelling strong gas odor around our oil heater plus found a dying rodent next to it. Tried calling Sinclair's to ask about repair services and the guy on the phone asked me whether I was a gas customer. Told me "no service unless you are a customer." Well, we might have been, but now we won't be.
Couldn’t imagine doing business with any other oil company! Doug gets it done and will never leave you stranded in the winter months. Appreciate him!

Unorganized, nightmare of a company. They Claimed we called and made an order to have Oil filled on May 1 2024. They Claimed to have filled it that day. Then waking up today July 1 2024 looking at our bank account all the Sudden we have been charged $349.90 out of no where. Calling and talking with a very rude Shelly and explaining we have no record of a call made to them the day they claim.
