Unorganized, nightmare of a company. They Claimed we called and made an order to have Oil filled on May 1 2024. They Claimed to have filled it that day. Then waking up today July 1 2024 looking at our bank account all the Sudden we have been charged $349.90 out of no where. Calling and talking with a very rude Shelly and explaining we have no record of a call made to them the day they claim. We were in a bind and waiting for oil from a different company- a week late. My husband called Sinclair's on a Friday morning and less than 5 hours later we had oil and heat. Wonderful service and thankful for them.
