Do not use this dealership under any circumstances. Utterly diabolical experience. VEHCLE DRIVEN AROUND CARDIFF BAY WITHOUT PERMISSION. I entrusted my Golf R to them for an MOT I had booked. I had to have a repair on my van. A lovely bloke called Tony mainly dealt with me. They were very professional and prompt with the repair, couldn't fault them at all. Highly recommend.
I’m really disappointed with my recent MOT and service experience. My car failed the MOT due to a tyre issue, and I had to wait an entire day because they didn’t have the tyre in stock. During that time, no courtesy car was offered, which made things very inconvenient. After paying over £500 for the service and MOT, I expected better care and attention.
