We visited the show room late lastnight and met with John Smith who was faultless. Never have I come across such an honest and knowledgeable car sales person. He guided us around both an ID Buzz and a caravelle explaining all the features of both vehicles. There wasn’t a question that he couldn’t answer and it gave us great confidence in knowing we were in safe hands with this dealership.
Pick Quick and simple
Beware of this Branch they will royally rip you off and your 3 year warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. They won’t honour any warranty work and will then charge you £138 for a diagnostic. All the staff are also rude and very unhelpful, honestly how they get away with it is beyond me. I’ve already spoken to the ombudsman about their actions.
