Great customer service is hard to find these days. Sinclaire has it! I called looking for parts for my Goodman furnace. They picked up the phone immediately, were very pleasant on the phone, and had great clear communication skills. They don't carry Goodman parts, but they quickly looked it up for me and told me who the Goodman supplier is in Edmonton.

We had a Williams direct vent furnace installed in November 2023. It has had numerous repairs. It has been determined that the heat exchanger does not work and it is under warranty. When we phoned to ask for assistance in processing the warranty as the original installer is out of business but the Sinclair warranty person put us on hold and hung up on us. We would love to review the recorded call with management as we were frustrated but at no point were rude. Basically Sinclair is not assisting us.

Ryan and Ben are both client friendly and helpful in meeting the emergent needs of customers. So very pleased with the prompt response on the phone as well as at the warehouse. Kudos!

Shout out to Benjamin. The guy at the other location didn't put any effort into finding a part i needed. Benjamin searched around and found it. And it was in stock at the other location. It was an exact match when i picked it up.
