Friendly and helpful was my experience . Much the opposite of the h-vac wholesaler down the street.
Good prices but horrible attitudes by everyone who works there. Must be union.

Makes money on people’s back by charging extreme prices for parts and only opens on Saturdays if you pay an extra 100$.
