People here are very rude. They took 3 hours to unload the load which was unloaded in 30-40 minutes at other locations. When I went in to ask them they were very rude and didn’t care. Person who came out the first was cursing and was behaving abusively. ** It was early morning.**
Bad Customer service and incompetent parts people. Ordered an aftermarket Blower Motor yesterday. I was quoted $329.00, I went in today and they had no recollection of the order. They also couldn't find the motor anymore and could only find the OEM motor for 200.00$ more. Screw this place.
I received prompt service by staff that reflected honesty, if they don’t know.. they don’t brush you off. They took the time to ask their colleagues to get me the right information and the right material.
Parts guys are very unprofessional, argumentative and will hang up on you. Would support other stores if at all possible.
Love coming here. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable. 3 people I interacted with today were extremely helpful. Chloe especially. From the order desk, to payment, and they even helped me load parts.
