Surrey branch is the worse branch nowdyas have to wait 1 hour to get out orders , get more experienced staff these guys are lazy as hell
Bob helped me to order parts from other branch, got it very fast
I purchased a piece of wrong size sheet metal, did not take it and it was still in the warehouse, tried to return this order and switched to another size one, but I was told by the long beard front staff it was not returnable, at least two other staffs showed surprise faces of his words and shaked their faces, I had to pay the thing I didn’t need it even I did not take it and laid in the warehouse, went to another heating wholesaler and told them the story, they were unbelievable of this. What a poor service!
