Tyler: By far the best customer service in Kelowna. I have a long weekend emergency and was not expecting a call till Tuesday. Today Tyler stepped up. He answered his phone on a long weekend, figured out what part I needed and had it ordered immediately. I Would strongly recommend Sinclair to anybody looking for Hvac parts because of Tyler. As long as I live in Kelowna, I will always use Sinclair Supply. Thanks to Tyler.. Thanks Again. Five stars all the way!!

This company would not sell me a replacement ignitor for my furnace because I'm "not licensed". Replacing an ignitor is a 2 minute job and doesn't involve anything dangerous - disconnect one connector and remove one screw... that's all. Do I need a licence for that? What about right-to-repair? You should be encouraging people not discouraging them.
