I’ve never felt so much stress and relief in such a short time. We haven’t lived in Hanna very long so I wasnt sure what to expect but I’m astonished on how efficient everyone worked on Saturday when our water main started leaking in our basement. I didn’t expect to get much help on Saturday but the problem was assessed and a plan was made. As soon as the curb stop was fixed by the town, the guys from Sinclair arrived to fix the leak, by 1pm the whole job was completed. We’ve used this business in the past but current customer service is lacking. I had placed a service call in March 2023. I have followed up in person and with several phone calls with no success. I called today to express my unhappiness at their lack of service and returning phone calls. After a few minutes of conversation, I got excuses and then got screamed at by the gal who answers the phone. Thankfully my need isn’t an emergency however, I still have a need for a plumber.
