Bought a home from them in 2015 do yourself a huge favor and go to another place if not build you a pallet house you would be much happier and watch out for the people that work there .Too many things to mention could write a book. THAT THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS A ABSOLUTE MIRACLE.

Called to see if they do home and land packages and the lady Michelle was so rude! I stay in Atlanta and seen some of there homes in Fort valley but that location is further. Their websites says they deliver up too 100 miles and they charge a fee for more but Im only 88 miles exactly from the location, but I was rudely told that I need to look in Atlanta.
Great homes to view. I'd love to go back and find out more....I'd get my future home from here.
