I started my journey with Sinclair Oconee Homes knowing absolutely nothing about the process of getting a mobile home placed on raw rural land. I’m glad I didn’t see the awful reviews until midway through because then I would have missed what has been an amazing experience. I have a beautiful home from Sinclair homes Melinda is the only person in Georgia that went the extra mile and got me my Deer valley home . I went all over and she made it happen !! If you want a home that is made of quality u will love the deer valley homes and yes they are pricey but u pay for what u get if u want a home that’s what u will get .. The central air conditioner was installed with a 4 ton indoor condenser to a five ton outdoor unit . Four thousand to replace indoor unit and repair damaged outdoor unit. The lady mocked my physical stature and told me that I could not be a truck driver because I was so “ puny” I was told that I was lying about the incorrect installation and the reputable and capable contractor was a liar too. Icould go on about the plumbing and the roof but I have things to do. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
