I gave Mr. Sinclair five stars because I believe is an ethical man. He asked for a small retainer when he agreed to look into my situation. I sent him the funds he requested, which is not uncommon. He and his daughter did same limited work for me.The issue took over a year to resolve, 2004-2005/6. As time (years) went on the issue was handled by another attorney paid for by my union.
