My left tail light was out. I diagnosed the issue prior and came in and told them the issue. I only needed a light replaced. The gentleman checked the light and got a new bulb and replaced it for me in under 20 minutes. Did not charge me a crazy price was completely reasonable. Thank you to the gentleman that did this fast and did not rip me off or tell me there was other issues. You've gained a new customer!
Horrible experience. Came here after hearing from someone that they charge low prices for full synthetic oil changes. As I pulled up, I asked the man how much it costs for an oil change. He wanted my keys and said “oh yes we do oil changes.” I again asked “how much?” to which he replied “for your car $100.” This man was clearly taking advantage of me, a 20 year old girl and severely up-charging me.
