I came in to buy 5 empty cups of ice for me and my ex marine buddies as we pave driveways now for a living. At most gas station we are not even charged for the cups of ice. But I do not mind paying for them. At time of purchase I was told the total was over 21.00. I asked how is that possible she responded the cups are 3.89 with taxes. Their propane policy is ridiculous. $19.99 for a bottle fill, no matter how full it is. OK whatever, all of my bottles were completely empty. The amount of propane put in to each bottle varied by as much as 30%. I expressed my concerns to the attendant and he said that "the owner didn't care". I will not be shopping here again.
Recently moved to this area with my wife and kid. The surrounding community is very nice, but this place stands out as a serious negative. Previous owners of our house warned us not to shop here - they mentioned identity theft due to gas pump credit card skimmers, and bad customer service - specific example being they refused to serve a military member in uniform. Went in to this gas station to grab a soda. No one greeted us coming in. When we got to the counter the lady worker didn’t say anything to us. My boyfriend said hi how’s it going then she said something. On the way out this gentleman came in and the lady worker greeted him saying hi and all. It’s Ridiculous that you only say hi to people you know. We are customers helping your business by buying things from you. Plus being in a small town you think they would be nicer. I won’t be going back here when I pass this way again.
