Older lady working the counter is rude and snappy. Everything seemed like an issue. Claimed lottery system was down so i couldn’t buy a scratch off ticket. Stayed in town near by and had nothing but attitude the couple times i had to run in. From other reviews it seems like this is normal. Not sure how she still has a job. Clearly is miserable.
Wanted to use the windshield cleaners but there was no fluid. Employee was outside smoking a vape so I asked if he could fill them up with fluid so I could wash my windshield off and he said if there is none in there then they don’t have any. I even offered to use a windshield fluid container to fill them up but he said I couldn’t do that.
Very rude lady
Lady in the morning is grumpy...she is easily triggered by getting cash back...she said I should have asked her first....maybe put a sign up to ask if that's the policy. If you don't like helping people, she should get out of customer service.
