Vicki and Sissy we very friendly and kind. They took good care of us.
I'm giving this place a mixed review: 1 star for the non-functional automated car wash, and 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. I stopped by for a quick wash on my way to work, but the machine was broken after I'd already paid. Inside, Brandon and an older female employee were extremely accommodating. The lady even came outside with me to try and reset the machine and verify it was broken. After confirming the issue, she quickly processed a refund. They false advertising and then when you get to the counter to pay they don't have any cards to join there sales advertising. Then the cashier's are rude about it. How are you supposed to get their discounts if they don't have no cards to join their store dicounts
Need to change the filters in you pumps so your gas will flow faster. Also have your cashiers pay attention to the pumps and let someone know when they are running slow or when that QT is done your going to lose a lot of busineess
Clean inside!
