I haven't actually bought a car yet but have to share my experience. I've been around all the garages in Bridgend and Sinclair was so relaxed! I never at all felt pressured. I wasn't approached when looking around the car park or pressured at all. I arranged a test drive and was still undecided. I was able to put a refundable hold on the car to give me time to think. I would recommend Sinclair Direct to friends and family because Gavin could not have been more professional or helpful for the purchase and part-ex of both my wife’s and my own car in the last 3 months. I find changing cars highly stressful. These last two interactions with Sinclair Direct has been as slick and stressfree as I could possibly imagine. Gavin took care of all the admin incl. changing private plates and physically supplying and fitting the new plates. Many thanks!"
