I stopped at this Sinclair service station going to Souix Falls for a work convention and my new to me car had a huge leak that only a specific dealer could fix. Not only were they so very kind, (the nice lady inside and the owner himself) they squeezed us in at a busy moment and helped with checking out what was going on with my car, what parts I would possibly need and what they would cost so i didnt get pushed around in the big city. They wouldn't even take my car because they believed, without looking at my car, that it had a transmission issue, even though my car had no trouble shifting gears. Since they thought it was a transmission issue, Jerry's was convinced too and waited two weeks to look at my car. It was an oil leak. By the time Jerry's figured it out, the car was bone dry, and the engine was ruined. Can't day enough good things about Bob and his crew. We had a tire issue and they diagnosed/got a new tire on within a hour to get us back on the highway. If ever need something, do not hesitate to stop here. If lived nearby would send everyone we know to Bob. Great people and great service!
In a freak incident of my oil plug falling out, I called around town looking for someone to get me in as I don't live in Vermillion. Bob's Sinclair came to my rescue. They asked me questions over the phone to assess the situation right away and called me a tow truck. I got my vehicle back quickly and was blown-away by how fair the pricing was for the situation I was in. They go the extra mile in their service. I am very relieved and happy with their services.
The team at Bob’s was top notch!. Not only were they seeking to understand the issue with my son’s car while being at college, we had follow up calls to let us know the concerns and their recommendations. They were quick and concise at a fair price.
