Landon - Best employee, Super friendly & helpful!! Was scheduled to get work done... was not told what time appt. was, so we called & were told by a very rude, unpleasent woman, we missed our appt-time (but no one called to see if we were still coming) & we can reschedule .... She made me never want to go there ever again... not even for gas!

Went there for the first time this morning. Rude and condescending. "Full service" pump was indeed not full service. Price at the pump didn't match the sign on the road. Won't be going back.
I stopped at this Sinclair service station going to Souix Falls for a work convention and my new to me car had a huge leak that only a specific dealer could fix. Not only were they so very kind, (the nice lady inside and the owner himself) they squeezed us in at a busy moment and helped with checking out what was going on with my car, what parts I would possibly need and what they would cost so i didnt get pushed around in the big city.
