Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the new 5 Ton Carrier/Bryant heating and air conditioning system you and your crew installed in our house a few days ago! I could not believe how fast the whole thing went, from our pleasant phone conversation a few days prior, to the turn-on of this modern, high efficiency system. I'm in the real estate business and also manage several properties so I have seen good service and bad service let me tell you these guys are poster children for terrible service. the worst I've egver seen in 30 years in the business. hang it up guys and try selling flowers on the hiway off ramps or something.
