It’s a Nightmare building with this company. Build the house for 3 years. Slab for more than a Year of contract signing. 2 price increase! Almost 60k in total. Worst decision ever !

Worst builder ever. Been two months I have requested for few documents of my property….no one replies. Every-time i call the builder on follow up, he says he will call me back but he never did. Do not ever work with this company please…
These reviews speaks for themselves, what a nightmare it has been since building with them. House is finally done but we keep on finding new defects every day. Only a few were sorted but also led to another problem. List goes on, raptured drainage system, was fixed but all pavings are now sticking up which was suppose to be fixed (this was over a month ago and now ignoring emails and not returning calls). Do not use them, I don't know how this group reviews became above 4 stars again, but they don't deserve even 1 stars, like a fraud, printed a paper contract just because I refused to sign then they charge me $800 saying that's the cost of making contract (the contract expired 2020)
