my product arrived in broken pieces!
I ordered a garden statue for my parents. It arrived in 100 pieces along with a metal bar that I did not order. It was not shipped in original manufacturer's packaging, just one layer of thin bubble wrap. Cannot get anyone at Sincerely Hers to respond to my repeated requests for help. Don't buy from this website. There is no customer service and you will get burned. There is no phone number to call and they do not respond to requests for help on their website. Horrible horrible horrible customer service and they don't care.
