Sincere Property Services is simply amazing! Augustine and his skilled team built a beautiful screened porch and deck, along with a paved walkway. Punctuality, communication, work ethic, quality of workmanship, honesty and affordability were consistent strengths exhibited throughout the project. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them for any future projects I may have.
Edgar Paredes is an excellent contractor and skillful professional. He came over quickly and solved a tricky water problem with our siding. Highly recommend him!
Their drivers are completely unsafe. One tried to run my daughter and I off the road on her way to school. Not only that, but they would slow down and maintain speed with us when we tried to get behind them until we were almost off the highway lane entirely. Then, the driver proceeded to swerve in and out of their lane (we snapped a photo of them casually driving between two lanes) and cutting across the highway with no blinker. We had the best experience with Edgar and his team. They were so professional, quick, and provided an excellent product. Our new roof looks great, and their estimate was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
Excellent work by Edgar and his team. We had a pipe drainage system installed which included quite a bit of digging and installation. The work was completed timely and with minimal mess. They are professional and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them.
