We worked with Sincere for our kitchen cabinets. Thinh helped us design our layout and pick out colors and style of our Liberty cabinets. We are happy with the end product. I would like to highlight the help and professionalism that we received from Thinh. We ran into some logistical issues and Thinh was able to guide us through the recourse. He was extremely understanding of our situation and fought for us to get the product that we wanted.
We purchased Omega kitchen cabinets from Sincere for our kitchen remodel and their price is very competitive. We've compared with a few stores and ultimately went with Sincere for their price and customer service. Bao Duong is our main contact at Sincere and he's the best - we can’t recommend him enough! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and not pushy. He always responds promptly whenever we email or call. I had a fantastic experience working with Thinh. He is incredibly responsive and professional. You can receive comprehensive, one-stop service with him. Additionally, he designs with meticulous attention to detail. Sincere showroom is amazing. It organized well and nice. You can find all the things you need. they also have a good promotion! I am eager to continue working with both this company and designer Thinh in the future!
