ZERO STARS. Inconsistent hours, incompetent staff, and heinous dentist I arrived to my 3:00 teeth filling appointment at 2:45pm, the office was closed. I waited outside until 3:45 when the dental assistant arrived. She apologized for the delay and said the dentist was on her way. The dentist didn’t arrive until 5:45pm. Probably never going back, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff isn’t good and no one ever answers the phone. Everyone there seems a little out of it as well

Wish I could give it negative stars. The doctor is incompetent and rude. They try to scam you to spend out of what your insurance covers. Waited 3 months “to get approval for my crown” that turns out was never submitted! Do not go here!

Ok first of all, the administrative assistant is overworked and cannot be expected to manage the front desk and help the doctor at the same time. Not efficient or a good way to do business. The phone system and irregular hours are terrible. I have been very patient with this office in waiting to get my crown fix but after waiting for over a year for various reasons my tooth is still not fixed. This office deserves a 0 or negative star rating.—STAY AWAY— My elderly mother scheduled an appt as a new patient for today more than a week ago. She arrived to the office to be told by the person who answered the door that they were not seeing patients. No prior notice was given, no phone call or email to say her appt was cancelled or needed to be schedule. This is highly unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional.
