We had about 20 boxes along with some bulky furniture, and I thought it would take forever to sort out, but they handled it better than I expected. The way everything was arranged and moved showed that they knew exactly what they were doing.
The price they quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid. No extra fees for stairs or fuel or whatever else companies like to add. That felt good.
Darren walked through the entire apartment before the move started and pointed out a few items that needed extra wrapping. He did not wait to be asked; he just handled it. That small thing told me a lot about how they approach their work.
If you are moving with kids in the house, these are the people to call. My kids were running around the whole time, and the team just worked around them without making it feel like a big deal.
