Horrible doctor not coming to this place anymore.
Knowledgeable staff, kind caring attention.
At first, I thought this doctor was amazing with amazing bedside manners. And then I realize once you’re not considered new, then he starts to treat you like a peasant customer. The office staff is kind but they don’t apologize for being two hours behind schedule. And then when I called out Dr Tebi during our office visit, I expressed my frustration and he told me I should get over it because doctors offices can be late sometimes. Today was my first visit with Dr. Sina for a test, and I had a great experience. He is an excellent doctor who took the time to thoroughly explain my results and address any concerns I had. I especially appreciated how he used simple, clear language to make everything easy to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Sina!
How do I leave zero or negative stars? Today my husband went in to be seen by Dr. Tebi because that is who the appointment was scheduled with. Well that didn't happen, an NP was the "doctor" the results of his blood work weren't in yet. He was asked questions that had nothing to do with the reason for the visit, questions on taking medication that weren't in his chart and then said " you might have a thyroid problem" again, this was his first visit with this office and there were no test results to even assume that could be ... read more
