Horrible! I have been in and out of hospitals my whole life 30 years of dealing with drs and medical staff. I was refered to this clinic back in Jan of 2025, I’ve only had over the phone appointments. The clinic had me get labs and “ordered” for me to get a CT. They sent the wrong orders and everytime I called to fix the issue no answer, when I was able to get through I’d be on hold for over 20+ mins. They sent the wrong orders multiple times. I have attempted to reach this office 4 times and they leave me on hold for 10+ minutes and then hang up. Manager needs to do a better job on checking if their employees are even working.
I left a review on the Mission Hills office, and it's the same phone number? It's better to switch Doctor's because this office will not call you back or answer any call coming in. It shouldn't be this difficult to make an appointment, beware.
I was refered to Tebi for bloodwork and to have a teleconference on June 31 to discuss the results. It is now July 28 and he still has NOT reviewed the labs nor will he release them to me. His office was totally nonresponsive to my 3 phone messages and one email spanned over a week and a half. What finally got his attention to respond to my repeated inquests was my GP Doctor reaching out to his office numerous times. From my experience, Dr. Sina is a great doctor—very knowledgeable and kind. The staff has always been nice during my visits. However, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the office for several weeks now regarding my biopsy results, and I’m genuinely concerned. I’ve left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls.As a patient, I believe I have the right to know my results and receive timely communication, especially when it comes to something as serious as a biopsy.
