I have been going to this clinic for 3 years always welcome, Annalea at reception is really nice and doctors too. Punctual and efficient.
Dr Shima Aref is the best Dr I've ever had. Lived here my whole life and she has helped me already more than any local Dr. Such a blessing.
From the reception to end of my experience was absolutely totally disgusting and I have been 3 times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. The doctor was absolutely cold as Antartica there was no bed side manner at all no duty of care whatsoever. I arrived 5 minutes late because it was really hard to find a car park. I am VERY VERY sick, the woman at the desk was in the toilet so she didn't answer the phone to know that I will have 5 min late.My 2 kids , dog and partner was waiting for me in the sun in the car. Noone at the doctor telling me that the doctor would don't take me because I was late. I have been waiting 50 minutes there and my family too in the sun in the car . VERY DESAPOITED , very unprofessional.
