So glad my doctor has left this practice and set up with 2 of the other doctors elsewhere.
Appt at 10:30, but due to an accident on 95. I arrived at 10:15 and they refused to see me, stating they needed a 1/2 hr to do paperwork and pre- visit questions. This is the only practice that I’ve been to that does this. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule, nope, I’ll go somewhere that values women.
I hate when you have an amazing doctor that you go to for years, but the reason for the review is the front reception. Now trying to make an appointment is like pulling teeth, can't reach a person all of sudden, recording after recording. You have to leave a message, and they might return your call maybe? I feel more confrontable talking to a person. After all the years I have been going here for care I have never had this issue with contacting an actual person just to make an appointment.
Dr. Jacobstein is amazing. Everything else about this place is the worst. They will not return calls and the staff is very unfriendly.
I have no complaints about the medical care side, and I particularly like Dr. Contois. I've been very lucky in that I'm having a healthy pregnancy, thus far, so my visits are all routine without any special issues. My main complaint is that this office simply does not answer their phone. It does not matter what day or time you call, you are likely to wait over 15 minutes to speak to a human, before just giving up altogether.
