Dr. Bhagavan genuinly cares about his patients and will spend hours and hours if necessary to make sure that the patient is cared for. He is very friendly with patients, rather than act extremely formal, which in turn creates a nice relationship.
The representative at Dr. Bhagavan office is very unprofessional and should learn how to talk respectfully, its a professional hospital Rachael you shouldn't be speaking to patients or other hospitals in that way of manner. "How can I help you" is way more professional then "What do you want?" ... unacceptable
