Lot of details could be put in here relative to the workmanship and then lack of follow up by the owner. I ended up redoing the work at my cost to fix the issue. Let’s just say avoid them for Arbs. For example when i replaced some arbs from their work still had the burlap on them. Update due to last response on 2/3/25. The crew had burried the pool run off into the arbs.. this is what caused the water and killed the arbs.. ONce I replaced them I found this out and corrected it. Tom is awesome. He is quick on responding, does exactly what is asked, and cares. They did a beautiful job on our backyard and always do a beautiful job with our cleanups. I highly recommend.
