They deserve this review here, because they are definitely not a 4* clinic. The fact they are on google business twice shows how bad they want to hide their bad reviews. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at Sina Medical Clinic due to poor communication, incompetence, and inappropriate front desk behavior. Editing my review from 5 stars to 1 as of January 16th, 2026. Called about having a certain item in stock and said would be ready in an hour. Arrived in store and the front desk said we don't have it. Disappointed and wasted my time.
Doctor was great, impossible to communicate with front desk. They apparently do not know that a special authority form cannot be accessed by a civilian.
I visited Sina medical pharmacy & health twice and Dr. Bahar Bahrany helped me with my skin issue. She is nice, caring& respectful. Definitely I recommend her. The brief interaction that I had with the staff, they seemed nice and helpful.
