I’ve been with this pharmacy for about 5 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. Dr. Hafizi is an amazing doctor, caring, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen and make sure I’m well taken care of. Fatemeh, the pharmacist, is also wonderful. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient whenever I have questions or need advice. Was quoted $133 for a compound cream. Went to another pharmacy and got the same cream for $44. Needless to say I'll never be coming back to Sina.
I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this clinic over the years. The walk-in doctors I've seen have often been dismissive and didn't make me feel heard, and I've had similar experiences with the reception staff. The pharmacy has been the biggest issue for me. I often receive a call saying my prescription is ready, but when I arrive, I'm told it had never been requested or prepared, which wasted my time.
