Excellent service and fast and acute response from Dr.Bahrani.
The doctor’s tone and language were not professional. I always have issues with prescriptions and get long delays.
I find the emailed explanation of telephone vs in-person appointment with doctors complicated, but it likely reflects Canada's shortage of family doctors. I recently suffered weeks with a chest condition. I was given a telephone appointment with Dr. Shokri, whom I had not met previously. She was very thorough in her questions and prescribing a remedy. I could not see Dr. Shokri, in person, for a follow-up appointment but after some discussion Dr. Shokri arranged an appointment for me at Sina Medical. I was seen by Dr. Xiang.... read more

Excellent professional service! Dr. Bahrani provided efficient, skilled care during my visit as well as detailed information re after-care and future referral. I particularly liked that the biopsy result was emailed to me, with a detailed explanation on what to expect re future care. Unexpectedly, she phoned to enquire whether I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommended!
