I came to the clinic on Tuesday for my appointment with a dermatologist, based on a referral from my doctor. My appointment time was 3 PM, but I was not seen by the doctor until approximately 45 minutes later. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the behaviour at reception. I wish I could give them a no start review. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at Sina Medical Clinic due to poor communication, incompetence, and inappropriate front desk behavior. Judging from the reviews, this place needs to get rid of their front desk staff. I was referred directly by a hospital emergency doctor, and both the ER doctor and the dermatologist confirmed that my appointment was scheduled for the next business day. Since I started with Sina Medical Clinic. Everything was great. Today I called clinic and non Iranian receptionist was rude and didn't guide and help as is expected
Dr. Wang and their team always provide awesome and prompt services.
I am very grateful for the professional behavior of the Sina Clinic staff and the kind doctor, Ms. Hafezi, for her follow-up and patience in paying attention to my problems.
