I went to get a diagnostic and before I had called and I couldn't understand the owner at all, but I still went . When I got there the other day I found the mechanic sleeping. I was shocked so I went into the office and it sounded like a LION in the office. I went and checked where the sound was coming from and I also found the owner sleeping. I've never seen anything like this before I will never come back here again.

I had rear toyota mount installed car started shaking again a couple months later. I remove the mount they installed and someone shaved off part of the mount to make it fit though the tight spot and added mismatch shims because they over tightened, almost snapped them off. instead of looseing the cross member to install it correctly, they made new mount useless due to the shaved off rubber part. I paid close to $400 just to have to buy another part and spend 3 hours and do it myself and pay a friend to help. I wouldn't recom... read more
