Chris was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful even despite being the the only one working and we were making a large purchase. Several customers came in needing assistance which allowed us to make decisions, but just listening to Chris even deal with other customers I know again why this is our dive shop.
I 1000% recommend this shop and the team who work here!! We had a fantastic experience with Sin City Scuba this past weekend while completing our Search and Recovery and Deep Dive certifications! It had been a year since my husband and I last went scuba diving, so naturally, our first dive was all about getting reacquainted with the process. I’ve dove all over the country I am certified with every single agency I’ve had a ton of instructors , and Sin City Scuba is one of the worst dive shops I’ve ever experienced. When you walk into the store, you’ll likely wait 15–20 minutes before anyone comes out from the back to help you. During that time, the staff acts standoffish and condescending.
