We used Sin City Balloons for a large corporate event and were so pleased that we called on them again the next year. Susanne and her team were a pleasure to work with. The Sin City Balloon team arrived when they said they would, and set up was a breeze. They were reasonably priced, efficient and courteous and it was a pleasure to hire them again the next year for a different corporate event. I execute these events across the country (100+ and counting) and Sin CIty Balloons is hands down my favorite balloon vendor.
Great Experience. I needed balloons for a friends 40th birthday party and I found sin city balloons. I emailed to get an idea about pricing and instantly I received an email back. Couple of phone calls and the balloons were set up. Suzanne is a professional and my experience was flawless. If you need balloons in Las Vegas this is your place.
STOP !!! STAY AWAY FROM !!!!!!!!!!! Suzanne the owner is the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with !!! She is very rude and sarcastic she likes to belittle you and you feel like you're her kids or something !! she didn't respect us she spoke to us like a child maybe because we look young but we're pushing 40! As bad as she treated us and talked to us I would never do business with anyone that knows her !!!!! I wish I can give her zero stars !!
