BEWARE! Had some work done to update my sim. No quote was provided. Work was done. The Invoice came and I politely asked why was the bill so high??? JACK KLAVER responded about a day later. He was very aggressive and abbussive in his email. He told me I had no idea how to run a buisness, I was wasting his time. Told me "He was not interested in me disputing a PISS ANT Invoice" "The Invoice was for a paethetic amount" He then threatened to sell my sim unless the bill gets paid! I purchases a pedal set from Simworx, the customer service start to finish was excellent. Product was dispatched on the day I ordered. I had a question once I setup my pedals and received a responsive within 20 minutes. The pedal set I ordered is also top quality and feel really good to use when compared to my previous pedal set. The setup was very straight forward and had no issues mounting to my rig. Looking forward to many more online races using these pedals. Thanks again to the Simworx team!
