I am a Sim Racer of 9+ years and started out with basic equiptment, I then upgraded to SimworX pedals 3.0 and they have been amazing over the last 7+ years they have been pushed 100,000+ times. I have had a spring finally break and even though the pedals are old the team at SimworX were more than happy to assist with a new spring and cleaning it up like new. Luke was great to deal with through the process of purchasing my sequential shifter. Returned my call at a busy time of year which I appreciated when I had trouble checking out. Also very prompt in returning questions I had. Will definitely be back when I’m after some more simulator parts! Cheers

BEWARE! Had some work done to update my sim. No quote was provided. Work was done. The Invoice came and I politely asked why was the bill so high??? JACK KLAVER responded about a day later. He was very aggressive and abbussive in his email. He told me I had no idea how to run a buisness, I was wasting his time. Told me "He was not interested in me disputing a PISS ANT Invoice" "The Invoice was for a paethetic amount" He then threatened to sell my sim unless the bill gets paid!
