It was a bad compressor and the specialist replaced it with a new one. He was done in about an hour and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. I waited a few days to report this and the repair has held up perfectly, no more trouble.
The installation of the new heating system took most of the afternoon, which felt appropriate given the complexity involved in replacing the old unit. Compared to our previous experience with a different company where the installation dragged on for two days, this was much more efficient, and they left everything tidy.
Sugar Land Heating & Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations. Their technician was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the solution clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. Pricing was very fair, and the service quality was excellent. I’m extremely happy with Sugar Land Heating & Air Conditioning.
Efficiently dismantled my outdated A/C unit.
Ceiling vents repaired quickly, no issues.
