My kids hated him. He was rude to them and myself. His bedside manner is that of a typical high school bully. My daughter cried every time she had to go. It was a traumatic experience for us all. Wish I could get our money back.
Both of my kids have been treated by Dr Dixon and he has done an amazing job for both of them throughout the process starting with early visits to help us know when the kids should get braces put on. One of my children had an accident and knocked out a tooth and Dr Dixon worked very closely with our dentist and the oral surgeon to arrange the best care and determine how to adjust orthodontia to handle fewer teeth. We’re a newer client of Dixon Orthodontics in Simsbury and am continuously impressed by their service. The clinic is exceptionally clean and very welcoming. The staff is always professional and friendly, ensuring a positive experience each visit. Highly recommend!
My 3 kids go to the simsbury location the staff and doctors are always attentive, and happy to help. When needing a quick appointment we always get right in, never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling comfortable about the plan in place, being well informed.
