I can see from some of the reviews that you either have a great experience with Dr. Brown or a very bad one. I wish I had read the negative reviews before I saw him. In agreement with other patient’s reviews, I experienced an arrogant, condescending, rude, and accusatory Dr. Brown. He turned on me suddenly in my last office visit and basically kicked me out with no provocation on my part. I’ve never had this kind of negative encounter with any health care provider. Outstanding. After L knee replacement, 2nd day I ditched my walker and used a cane from there on.. the walker became a place to lean my cane. Post op visit next morning in hospital 1st thing in the morning gave me great confidence for the future. 2 week post op appt went very well. Staff are excellent. 1 month out I have minimal pain controlled once nightly with prescribed meds. So far I'd say this experience has been a total success.. Thanks!!
We agree to do surgery on my left shoulder 5 weeks before the operation and I was then given a prescription for physical therapy which stated left shoulder. When I'm being prepped to enter the surgery room the nurse says we're doing the right shoulder, I said no, the left. They had to do the next patient in line due to this disagreement which threw the day's schedule out of timing. The left shoulder was done. great people in office very efficient
It’s only been 5 days but I’m already walking 75 yards with my walker. It took over a month to do that with my right knee replacement, that I had, unfortunately, a different surgeon do the surgery.
I don't feel like I got adequate after care following a rotator cuff surgery. I had bad, continuous pain and was pretty much ignored when I explained the pain I was having to the PA I saw after surgery. Over one year later, and another doctor in a different state, I just found out I have another tear. I suspect it was there all along and missed during surgery with Dr. King.
Saw Dr Brown for an ongoing problem, arthritis, in my right foot. Have seen him for several things over the past decade. He always has an answer, even though in this case, I don't like the answer I got. After following his recommendation, he was right, as he always has been. He is a very personable and considerate young man, but more importantly, very knowledgeable. I always feel he listens carefully to my concerns ANF worries.
