Been a customer for 6 years or longer and have never had any problems with this business. I did go to one other garage where they promptly double charged, had my car for more days than what was promised and the problem was NOT resolved. My regret was that I didnt take it to the folks at Sims Tire and Muffler to begin with. Sims is the ONLY one I allow to raise the hood on my vehicle now.
I have used them twice for mufflers and once for tires. The last time I took my business there the mechanic who worked on my vehicle stole the change from my center console.I would still be a regular customer if not for this.
