First time I have purchased a car from a main dealer. After having a Suzuki about a year ago decided to purchase another one and wanting a nearly new one chose Sims. What a great choice Vincent came out on forecourt to see if we needed any help. After discussing what we were looking for and test driving a couple we decided on a Swift Hybrid what a great car and first class service from everyone in dealership. Unfortunately on pick up day Vincent was off but was looked after by Jack and Ben. 👍👍👍👍

My partner and I recently went to enquire about getting an exchange for my Suzuki- which we had got from Sims previously. We were only going for a look but having met Vincent and gone through everything with him we ended up part exchanging on a fantastic Citroen. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. I cannot recommend Vincent highly enough he is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. Thank you so much from Scott and myself.
