I recently travelled 4 hours from London to Darlington to purchase a Mazda 2 from Sims Suzuki. The whole buying experience was excellent. Staff were professional and communicative throughout the entire process, even after the car was purchased. Minor issues with the car were quickly remedied without any fuss. I don't usually leave reviews but knowing how stressful buying a car can be, hopefully this review gives a prospective buyer confidence in this dealership. Highly, highly recommended.
