The staff at Sims Steel are all amazing, from the employees in the office, right down to the drivers who deliver the finished product. Every experience with them is a pleasant one. I would and do, highly recommend choosing them for your next project, whether it be for something residential, or commercial.
About a wk ago I was on sunrise hyw and something feel from one of their trucks and cracked my windshield.. they questioned me I gave photos of the trick the driver and was told to get an estimate for repair. Now when I call they are out of the office and haven't returned my calls Be careful when dealing with them they don't take responsibility
Tried calling to report something but waited on hold forever. Ended up hanging up. Guess that’s how they deal with Customer Service.
