This is absolutely not a good company to affiliate your love ones care. Look elsewhere for solid professional care.
I wouldn't recommend this company to take care of a flee! They talk a good game as if they are treating your loved ones with decency and loving care, but they are ALL crooked! They are rude and very unprofessional. They are good with their over-promises and under-deliver. This is a TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. My grandfather has been with the company allow the company to site “four years” under the owners personal care. However they have made no accommodations for my grandfather. My grandfather takes insulin which hasn’t been filed by the company since April of 2023. They have taken advantage of the situation and kept hostage of home keys, personal identification information, social security, as well as many others.
