Sad to write this review but don’t want this to happen to others. The guy who came out was nice, and professional. I paid him $450 to clean my carpets, and was fine with the price. I was not ok with how my carpets turned out. Pretty much all of the spots were still there. The carpets took almost 3 full days to dry. Once the carpet was dried the spots were even worse. Amazing experience with Sims Professional Cleaning. Definitely not an easy job I needed done but the results were more than I could have hoped for! Friendly, professional, timely, responsive and very reasonably priced!
The Sims crew did a great job getting the build-up off our LVP floor at my dental office that mopping just couldn't handle. Very happy with the result and worth the investment!
