Yesterday, this driver left the Brayton Point Complex with his truck uncovered. According to conditions placed by our town boards, all trucks are to be covered to prevent anything flying out, loaded or not . When he saw us filming him he stopped his truck in the busy roadway with cars backed up and started raising the cover.
