I absolutely love the services at Sim Spa. She is incredibly professional and takes the time to walk you through the pros and cons of each treatment, so you feel fully informed. I really appreciate that she allows you to make the best decision for yourself without any pressure or upselling. What truly sets her apart is that she personally and proactively checks in with you after your treatment to make sure you’re happy with the results. I get laser hair removal done here and it’s the best, most effective place I’ve been to! I’ve had laser done before but none have been as effective as here - I barely needed to shave after only two sessions. I get laser done on my legs which I haven’t had done before. Also, Shasha and Dr. Sim are always super accommodating and diligent within their work. Shasha makes sure to always check how my skin is reacting, pain levels, and double checks for any missed spots. If you’re looking for a laser hair removal place, come here!

Her masseter botox saved my quality of life. I used to wake up in pain for most of the week. The pain has gone down tremendously. She made me feel very comfortable at the first appointment. I felt like I could trust in Dr. Sim because she uses a minimal approach vs just trying to make as much money as possible. She told me that human faces aren’tsupposed to be perfectly symmetrical, and that stuck with me because I’m so used to seeing unrealistic perfect faces on social media.
