I have called and left over 10 messages. I am trying to order additional cabinets for our kitchen and NO ONE ever answers the phone and no one has called me back. I would go to a different company but I literally can’t as they are the only company locally that carries our cabinet brand. Guess I’m making a drive so I can finally talk to a person. Terrible business.
No service, I was greeted at the door and said that I was looking for quartz, was directed to "look at the displays" and then ignored for 30 minutes, while noticing there was 3 employees walking around and not one ever asked to help me.
We lost our contractor late in the game, decided to move forward as our own GP, knowing that this increased the chances of impactful details missed, compromises to be made and general bumps in the road.
