Had some countertops that were installed the other day. The process was pretty good experience overall. Although it was delayed everything turned out very well. The guy to do the measurements, was open and transparent. Advised of this is what we are looking at and this is what very well could happen. We had to fix a few things on our end. We took pictures and sent them to see if what we did would be level enough. The engineer said yes and the same guy came out again. We purchased our new countertops at Lowes and this is the company Lowes uses to get the job done. From beginning to end - Sims-Lohman shines. They have excellent customer service, show up on time, and follow up if you have any issues or questions. From the day my wife and I toured their facility to see our countertop before it had been cut to size, to the amazing install team (special shout out to Carlos!), to Robert the liaison between Lowes and us, to the girl that books the appointments - just outstanding. As if their reviews weren't bad enough they continued to make the same mistakes. If someone is dropping thousands of dollars on something of their hard earned money the least you could do is answer the phone! I mean come on people and show a little bit of interest when someone walks through the door! The people here act like they don't take their role seriously at all!
