Mi Home partners with them. Our White Quartz counter is chipping. They scuffed up the entire counter with black lines that won't come out. This is the worst service ever!
Sims-Lohman did my countertop measurements and install, and I cannot say enough great things about them! Their people are friendly, efficient, timely, and thoughtful. Their service is impeccable. Highly recommend!
We have a new house that the kitchen countertops were installed by SIMS-Lohman. The quality of the countertops is very poor. They stain from anything including water. They sent an employee "Mike" who proceeded to berate us and insult us rather than do a proper assessment or provide an adequate explanation for the stains. Again, including water stains. I do not recommend buying from SIMS because their countertops are not sealed properly, are poor quality, and their employees are not well trained in addition to being rude. Ins... read more
