My brand new Sims-lohman countertop is scratchy and pitted. According to professionals, surface should be smooth and if not it is because the granite wasn't finished properly or it is a poor-quality granite. Sims-lohman refused to even come out and look at saying that it met their standard. Do not use Sims-lohman.
