Took my old screen door, that I broke, in so they could order a new one. When the new door arrived it was the wrong one and had to be modified.Then they installed it incorrectly. Makes me shake my head. Buyer beware!
I cannot recommend Sims Glass enough. They took an incredibly stressful situation—my son’s bedroom window shattering when a shingle flew through it during a windstorm while he was sleeping—and made it so much easier to handle. They responded immediately, helped clean up the broken glass, and had the window ordered and installed within two days, just before holiday break. I am so grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and quick response. Truly outstanding service from start to finish.
